  • CIRACET ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CAMS®) is a cloud based application developed by CIRACET Corp. as a company assets management system.
  • CAMS® has all functions of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and easy to use features in an integrated platform which creates work orders, request services, schedule preventive maintenance, inventory management, purchasing and warehouse, provides job history, offline capabilities and custom reporting.
  • CAMS® is adaptable to other asset management services, such as: plant facilities equipment and utilities, information technology, among others.
Inventory Management
  • CAMS maintains your asset inventory. Information such as manufacturer, model, device type, serial number, location, software version, among others can help you keep track of your inventory. Documents could be attached and relate to the record.
Work Order and Service History
  • CAMS allows employees or clients to submit service requests via online.
  • Technicians can document the equipment problem, diagnostics, solution, status, and even request spare parts.
  • Monitor your work orders and obtain electronic signatures to validate completion status.
  • CAMS allows you to review an equipment work order history.
  • Data from service history will assist managers in the department’s budget and strategic planning.
Preventive Maintenance Management
  • Reduce downtimes and increase the lifespan of your equipment by performing maintenance activities. Configure and manage all your preventive maintenance activities and know your scheduled workload ahead of time. CAMS has all the mandatory requirements established by the Joint Commission to manage biomedical life support and nonlife support equipment, etc. PM Form for each device type.

  • Manage and control spare parts procurement through CAMS Purchasing module. Obtain the status of your order and let technicians know when parts are available to be installed.
Reporting
  • CAMS reporting functionality will empower you to make decisions based on cost analysis, and trends. Print, email, or export reports from PM completion to Equipment Turn Around Time.
